Totally fattening but I love them.
Ingredients:
1 stick of butter, melted
1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup nuts (pecans or walnuts)
1 cup coconut
1 can Eagle brand milk
Mix butter and graham cracker crumbs together. Press into the bottom of a greased 9x13 in pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over crust. Drizzle Eagle brand milk over chocolate chips. Sprinkle coconut over chocolate chips. Sprinkle nuts over coconut.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
These are the recipes that I go to often. Some of them are family recipes, my own, and some because I have to use up what comes in my Bountiful Basket that week.

Strawberry Angel Food Cake
Strawberry Angel Food Cake
Recipe courtesy of Aunt Frances....
One store-bought angel food cake (the kind in the throw away bundt pan)
One container sliced strawberries (frozen, thawed out)
One small box strawberry jello
Two cups boiling water
3/4 cup cold water
Tear up the angel food cake into bite sized chunks and place in the bottom of a baking pan or casserole dish. Dump frozen strawberries juice and all and spread evenly over the cake pieces. Dissolve the jello in the boiling water then add the cold water. Pour this over the cake pieces and strawberries. You may have to squish some of the pieces down until everything is saturated. Put in refrigerator and let it set for a few hours.
